Cranio Sacral OsteopathyI run a general Cranial Osteopathic practice treating spinal and peripheral joint aches and pains, stiffness and reduced flexibility, head-aches, discomfort arising from scoliosis and many other problems arising from compromised function of the neuro-musculo-skeletal system. Cranial Osteopathy uses refined and gentle manipulative pressure to allow the release of stresses and tensions within the body, and crucially recognises and addresses the cranium in the whole picture of the neuro-musculo-skeletal system. In common with Classical Osteopathy, Cranial Osteopathy results not simply in the relief of symptoms, but also in improved physiological function of the body overall. As a result there is often a sense of improved well-being and increased energy levels, as well as more robust immune function and improved sleep pattern. The very gentle manipulation employed in this work makes it a great tool for working with everyone, including the elderly, babies, small children and expectant mums. Susan Tyrrell
practices cranial osteopathy at the Haelan Clinic on Monday and Wednesday from 10am - 3:30pm, Thursday from 4am - 8pm and on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month from 10am - 2pm. To book an appointment please contact Susan directly on 09767 824 557. Please note that 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or a fee may be charged. |
