The muscles of the face and neck can and very often do, suffer from stress and tension the same as the rest of the body! Prolonged stress on the facial muscles and tissues can produce tension headache, jaw pain, premature ageing congested skin and dehydration.

Facial Massage offers: deep relaxation for the head, face and neck, de-congestion of the facial muscles, skin and sinuses and encourages nutrition of the deep and superficial tissues of the face.

I can combine the Facial Massage with a pure seaweed masque and a simple moisturiser to finish from my range of natural skin care currently available at the Haelan Centre to further benefit the skin.

The Facial Massage itself is a combination of swedish and acupressure techniques devised by myself to relax and rejuvenate the whole body! These are stand alone treatments however you could push the boat out and add a back and shoulder or full body massage for a blissful experience - the perfect gift!
