Bach Flower Remedies with Holistic Lifestyle CoachingBach Flower essences are energetic remedies made mostly from indiginous wild flowers and trees. After a 20 minute consultation, in which the main emotional imbalances are established, a remedy consisting of a combination of flowers is given. Some very basic lifestyle advice is offered in conjunction with the remedies, to maximise their effectiveness. The remedy can be provided in a base of organic brandy or organic cider vinegar mixed with pure spring water. If taken as directed it lasts between 1 - 3 weeks. The flower remedies gently release negative thought patterns and emotions by using the flower's corresponding positive energetic frequency. Many people find that they just feel back to normal again, without any healing crisis or drama. Some people may feel that they are more easily able to cope with strong emotions that come up in response to life crisis such as separation, berevement, moving house, changes in work patterns, stress due to family illness or other reasons. The flowers are also helpful for children who are having trouble sleeping, dealing with change or having difficulties with bullying or friendships. The flower essences are not an alternative to counselling but they can work very well alongside talking therapies. They do offer a very simple, cost effective way of supporting ourselves through times of challenge, difficulty and change. The remedies can be taken alongside any other treatment or medication. They are totally natural, non-addictive and have no side-effects. They are completely safe for children, adults and animals.
