Clear and Create
Sometimes we feel we’re doing all the right things but the shift we’re looking for doesn’t seem to be happening! I work with you to identify and clear the energetic blocks that are holding you back so you can be all you can be.
I combine the use of SRT (Spiritual Response Therapy), EC (Energy Clearing) & CFM (Creative Future Mapping). These techniques identify and release the blocks, freeing you to move forward on your path in life.
SRT & EC work at an energetic level on your subconscious. My application of these techniques removes the old patterns and programmes, clearing the path for a more harmonious life experience. Releasing these subconscious programmes allows you to be all you can be.
My approach changes the landscape of your inner life. Negative statements lodged in the mental, emotional and physical bodies are cleared. I then support you, using CFM, to re-programme your mind with beliefs and approaches which will energise you to be all you can be.
Confidence: self-image, self-belief, self-worth, self-respect and status.
Prosperity & Abundance: in your career, in your social life, in your creativity, in your vitality and in the way you live your life.
Relationships: establishing, letting go and transforming repeating patterns.
Present life crisis: current challenging issues.
EC - Energy Clearing is usually the first technique I use to shift your current energy state. Sometimes clients experience an awareness of the causes of their blocks at this point.
SRT - Spiritual Response Technique is an energy based system of researching the subconscious to quickly find and release the discordant, limiting ideas and replace them with supportive ideas and beliefs.
Creative Future Mapping concludes our session; using a variety of approaches- visioning, reframing, psychic insight, coaching - I work with you to construct a framework of action, practical applications of the sessions insights, which maximise the benefit from this experience.
