Using proven efficient techniques, your coach will guide you step by step through your action plan until you successfully achieve the results you're looking for.
Your coach doesn't give you advices neither answers. It's not because we don't want to help, it's actually because we DO want to help. By asking you proper questions, your coach's goal is to have you come up with your own answers and enhance your thoughts process. Because no one knows you as well as you do, no one will have better answers for you than you do. Advices make you dependant on the person who gives them, and what we want is that YOU start to decide what's right for you.
