Pregnancy Massage by Maxine Valensky

During pregnancy many physical and emotional changes are taking place. The simple act of touch through massage can bring comfort, support and a wonderful sense of nurturing, as well as preparation for labour and the ability to relieve both physical and emotional symptoms which are specific to pregnancy, such as sacroiliac pain (lower back & hip) water retention, constipation, cramp, sciatica, circulation problems and tiredness.
On a more emotional level, this treatment can help relieve anxiety and worry and fosters a strong bond between mother and growing child. Or just provide an opportunity for some valuable pampering.
