Reflex Therapy treats the whole person through stimulating precise areas on the feet called reflex zones. These reflexes relate to all structures and organs of the body and energy field.

In the initial session I take a medical case history, plus general questions about lifestyle from the client followed by a practical assessment of reflex zones on the feet. This forms the baseline for treatment. Assessment may take two or three sessions to complete.

Assessment is also treatment. The client may have responses and reactions, indicating that the self-healing capacity of the body has been stimulated to enable re-balancing and healing to take place. Included in the session are relaxation and breathing techniques and massage of the feet, with self help tips if needed.

Reflex Therapy may be used to teat both acute and chronic conditions, and a few sessions may be necessary. But individual session can also be beneficial. Treatments once a month also help to maintain health and well being and prevent illness.
