Reflexology is a complementary therapy which use pressure on the feet to increase health and wellness is the whole being.
Whilst it has been found to be extremely effective in dealing with individual symptoms like:

migraine	stress related conditions
infertility	fatigue and nervous disorders
hormonal imbalance	sleep disorders
poor circulation	digestive problems
low immunity

Reflexology also encourages the person’s innate ability to find balance and activate their natural self-healing mechanism.
A course of sessions is recommended to clear energetic pathways and old blockages.
